How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Honormanaging Roofing wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Honormanaging Roofing went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If a problem comes from work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Honormanaging Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@honormanaging.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
